How to claim

1. Email support@adeptrx.org with the subject: “Member Gym Credit.”

2. Attach your AdeptRx treatment receipt and your gym invoice for the same month.

3. Include your full name, order number, gym name, and membership amount.

What happens next

We’ll verify your claim and reimburse up to $50 toward one month of your gym membership. Expect confirmation within 3–5 business days.

Offer valid once per active client, per year. Reimbursement covers one month of gym membership up to $50, with receipts submitted within 30 days. Name on AdeptRx treatment receipt must match name on gym invoice. Active membership required at time of claim.
