4. Data from the ADEPT–Rx Application

The Adept–Rx App enables clients to log daily behaviors including workouts, nutrition, weight, medication, sleep, and goal progression. These entries support clinical oversight and behavioral intervention but are not shared or disclosed beyond your assigned team.

Data logged in the app is used solely to enhance the accuracy and structure of your care. App access is secured through individual credentials and protected by role-based access controls.
